We gladly accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of delivery except clearance items, which are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. You may obtain return authorization via emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Shipping charges are not refundable. Your return request must be made within 30 days of when your order was delivered and we must receive the merchandise back at the warehouse within 45 days of when the authorization was issued. Once your return is checked in at the warehouse, you will be sent an email to let you know it has been received. Shortly thereafter you will receive a second email confirming the refund has been issued. From this time, it may take up to 3 business days to show up on your account. Usual turnaround time is 1 - 2 weeks from time shipped to when refund is issued. PLEASE NOTE: CLEARANCE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. All purchases are final on clearance items. Backyard Footwear merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
We do not do exchanges. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.
